Writing Space: The Brain Office

The Brain Office

Sometimes I like to refer to my home office as my “other brain”, a place where all my ideas can ferment and become stories, videos and other media entertainment pieces. This creative space is a 14,200 cubic-foot library, music room and office that is basically a cast-in-place concrete box. The free standing building provides a neutral background that allows this filmmaker and writer complete flexibility to adapt the space to his needs at will. All the interior structures are made of hot-rolled steel sheets.

  1. Woah! Such a lovely place to work in! I’d really have the piano, but I can’t seem to play it 😦

    1. It is a cool name for your office and very descriptive. Not all of us have the space to include a piano in our office! 🙂 I think that this would be a dream space for me, especially with the view of the trees outside. It reminds me a little of Neil Gamin’s writer’s hut, but on steroids.
