I have a fondness for antiques, especially those of the Victorian era. This old secretary desk, painted in the shabby chic style appeals to that sensibility. I like the way that the old fashioned desk that was designed for analog writing with paper notebooks and pens is being put to modern use with the apple laptop. It is a place that I would feel comfortable composing letters or working on a chapter. How about you?
